Maybe we didn't graduate when we planned to. Maybe we had to stop our studies, put a dream on hold, or change our path because of circumstances we never expected.
Maybe war and displacement changed our lives. Maybe it was something else: responsibilities, money, or things bigger than us that stood in our way.
Sometimes we watch the people around us graduate, achieve their dreams and move forward in life, and we ask ourselves: are we behind? Will we still be able to achieve what we dreamed of?
The truth is that life doesn't move the same way for everyone, and not every delay means failure.
If you have ever felt that you are behind, we want you to know that you are not alone. Thousands of people have similar stories: dreams that were postponed, plans that changed, paths that didn't go the way they expected.
It's okay to start again, to change our plans, and to give ourselves another chance.
The road may have changed, and we may need more time, but that doesn't mean we have to give up on our dreams. We are still learning, still trying, and there are still opportunities ahead of us.
We don't have to have arrived yet, and we don't have to compare our journey to anyone else's. Everyone has their own circumstances and their own timing, and there is still hope to keep going and build the future we want.
We are not alone on this journey.
